Remove an extraction tube from the kit and a test box from the film bag by tearing the notch.
Put them on the horizontal plane.
After sampling, soak the smear below the liquid level of the sample extraction buffer,rotate and press 5 times. Immerse time of smear at least 15s.
Remove the swab and press the edge of the tube to squeeze out the liquid in the swab. Throw the swab into the biological hazardous waste.
Fix the pipette cover firmly on the top of the suction tube. Then gently turn the extraction tube 5 times.
Transfer 3 drops (about 100 μL) of the sample to the sample surface of the test band and start the timer. Note: if frozen samples are used, the samples must have room temperature.
Read the results in 15-20 mins. Do not interpret the result exceed 20 mins.
Do not eat, drink, smoke or smoke electronic cigarettes within 30mins before the test.
Open the bag, take out the cassette from the package, and place it on a clean, level surface
Remove the lid and put the cotton core directly under the tongue for two minutes to soak the saliva (Note: Keep your tongue pressed against the wick and don't roll it up). The wick must be immersed in the saliva for 2 mins or until the liquid appears in the viewing window of the cassette.
After 2 mins, remove the test object from the sample or under the tongue. Close the lid, and place it on a flat surface.
Start the timer. Read the result after 15 mins.
